Building on a loyal cult-like following, a multi-phased marketing strategy was developed which pointed towards a higher calling, allowing Texas Pete to position itself as a lifestyle brand. A tagline was created as a call to arms, inviting all users to become influencers by joining the tribe, and to "Sauce Like You Mean It".
